Sure - colouring books are enjoyable and great for stress relief, but what if you want more? More creativity, more mindfulness and more fun? There are myriad crafts that can give you all of these and embroidery, or stitching, is one of them. Tap into your creative side and make one-off pieces of art, embellish clothing with images and symbols unique to you, or make beautiful gifts for your friends.
2nd July: learn embroidery stitches that can be used to mend or revamp your clothes. In the course you will create a sampler of stitches to refer to for future projects. All materials are included in the course fees.
23rd July: learn to create your own embroidered patch. Learn the best stitches to use to embroider a word, image or combination of the two! You will learn the skills to attach your one-of-a-kind patch to personalise an item of clothing or bag.
