Aqua Zumba® is a high tempo, fun, aquatic exercise class that combines some of the traditional elements of aqua aerobics with the upbeat, Latin-infused dance moves and music that Zumba® fitness is famous for. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is challenging and helps to tone your muscles. Taught by licenced Zumba® instructor Paula Molina, Aqua Zumba® is suitable for people at all fitness levels, is performed at a slower pace, and is much easier on joints compared to land-based Zumba classes.
